Update the merchant

Updates the merchant’s payer-facing name and branding. Omitted fields are left unchanged. brandingPermissions, canCreateTopUpCheckouts and reconciliation are set by Equals: sending a value other than the stored one gets 403 and nothing is changed; the stored value is accepted as a no-op. status cannot be changed here. Returns 400 if a colour is set without brandingPermissions.canCustomiseColours, or hideRoqqettLogo without brandingPermissions.canHideRoqqettLogo; nothing is changed. Returns 404 if the account is not an active Roqqett merchant or the caller has no access to it.
